How long does shipping take?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States. Every product is made to order and shipped directly from our U.S. production partners. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the time you place your order. During holidays or periods of high demand, delivery times may vary slightly, but we always do our best to get your order to you fast.

How do I find the right size or format?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or personal preference. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
